Key Responsibilities ● Define and present short- and long-term sales strategy to executive management to drive revenue growth from THB 2,000 million toward the THB 5,000 million target within 3–5 years ● Analyze the market, competitors, and automotive-industry trends to shape product direction and identify new target customer segments ● Design and expand sales channels, including Traditional Trade, Modern Trade, Dealer/Distributor networks, B2B/Fleet, and E-Commerce/Digital Sales ● Set annual/quarterly sales targets and measurable action plans for each team and channel ● Lead, manage, and develop a sales and sales-support organization of 100+ people in line with growth targets ● Design the sales organization structure, defining roles, territories, and a compensation/incentive system that drives performance ● Develop sales managers and sales staff through coaching, training, and succession planning ● Build a results-driven, accountable culture with strong cross-team collaboration ● Manage and grow a customer base of 2,000+ accounts, both in number and in order value (customer value growth) ● Personally manage relationships with key accounts and strategic partners at the executive level ● Establish a CRM system to improve customer retention and reduce customer churn ● Own the sales function's P&L, including revenue, gross margin, and selling expenses ● Manage sales-related risks such as credit/accounts-receivable risk and customer-concentration risk ● Plan and control the sales function's budget in line with the company's growth targets ● Coordinate with Procurement/Inventory, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to align sales with delivery capability ● Regularly present performance results, trends, and strategic recommendations to the Owner/CEO, backed by data Experience&Skills & Competencies ● Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Automotive Engineering, or a related field ● An MBA will be considered an advantage ● At least 15 years of total sales experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a Sales Director/VP Sales role or equivalent ● Direct experience in the automotive parts/components industry or in industrial-goods distribution business will be considered an advantage ● Experience leading large sales teams (100+ people) across multiple concurrent sales channels ● A proven track record of driving significant (double-digit) revenue growth at a multi-billion-baht scale ● Experience managing a large customer base (1,000+ accounts) and enterprise-level key accounts ● Experience in the retail business or in related industries (e.g. FMCG, building materials, or other industrial goods with a similar distribution model) will be considered an advantage ● Strategic Sales Planning ● Leadership & People Management ● Data-Driven Decision Making ● Financial Acumen ● Negotiation & Key Account Management ● Change Management ● Business-level English proficiency (for liaising with international partners/suppliers) ● Proficiency with CRM/ERP systems and sales-analytics tools ● Visionary, forward-thinking, and decisive under uncertainty ● Strong leadership presence that inspires a large team to move in one direction ● Honest, transparent, and puts organizational interests first ● Resilient under pressure and willing to travel to visit customers/branches as required
