Job Summary Lead the on‑site production team to deliver daily manufacturing targets and hit all core‑department KPI indicators, covering production schedule fulfilment rate, direct‑labor utilisation, OQC pass‑rate, material loss rate, staff turnover and customer complaints triggered by assembly‑related defects. Compensation package: 1. Basic salary: 75,000-83,000 THB 2. Annual salary adjustment: General pay rise of 3%-5% will be reviewed every year. 3. Annual Bonus: Two months of your monthly base salary as annual on-target performance bonus . 4. Accommodation: - TS HOME Apartment; Shuttle bus will be provided from Apartment to Factory. Key Responsibilities Cooperate with the Production Control (PC) team on daily, weekly and monthly production schedules. Verify the readiness of manpower, equipment, raw‑material, working procedure and workshop environment; communicate with PC timely for resource‑related risks. Track real‑time daily production status. Organise cross‑functional teams to troubleshoot abnormal production models without delay. Compare planned routing manpower against actual on‑site labour demand. Submit requests to IE engineers for working‑procedure adjustment for special‑run products. Monitor direct‑labour utilisation every day, identify root‑causes for under‑performance and roll‑out targeted improvement plans. Rapidly respond to failed‑lot returned from OQC inspection, implement on‑site process rectification and prevent recurring quality defects. Control production scrap and material waste, conduct root‑cause analysis and launch improvement actions. Standardise workshop‑site management: separate qualified and defective goods, track operator proficiency and deliver skill‑training for key‑station workers. Collect feedback from front‑line operators, conduct exit‑interviews for resigned employees and carry out corrective measures to cut down staff turnover rate. Monitor direct‑labour‑cost indicators, perform data analysis and drive cost‑optimisation initiatives. Strictly manage on‑site production materials and ensure all defective‑product issues are resolved on the same working‑day. Host weekly production review meetings, summarise weekly performance and arrange priorities for the coming week. Job Requirements Master workshop‑safety management: hazard identification, staff safety training, first‑aid knowledge and fire‑safety operation. Capable to establish, execute and train teams on 6‑S on‑site‑management standards. Be familiar with quality‑control specifications, historical non‑conformity records and process‑risk identification. Have solid knowledge of workshop‑logistics operation and manufacturing‑management system. Possess basic understanding of lithium‑ion‑battery design and PACK manufacturing workflows. Be experienced in lean‑improvement activities and benefit‑calculation for cost‑saving projects. Systematic ESD‑control knowledge covering principle, risk analysis, on‑site implementation and daily supervision. Fully understand enterprise‑wide rules and management policies. Skilled with industrial‑engineering expertise: standard‑time calculation, production‑line balancing, manpower‑planning, ergonomics and workshop‑layout optimisation. Knowledgeable for quality‑management‑system requirements, internal‑auditor competency and company‑level & department‑level procedure documents. What we offer 1. Basic salary: 75,000-80,000 THB 2. Competitive overtime pay will be offered : Overtime on working days (Mon-Sat): 1.5 times the base salary ; Sunday working hours within 8 hours: 2 times the base salary; Sunday working hours exceeding 8 hours / Public holidays: 3 times the base salary; 6. Leave Entitlements: - 13 days of public holidays per year - 6 days of annual paid leave - 6 days of paid personal leave - 30 days of sick leave
