Job Responsibilities Coordinate B2B order fulfillment with Warehouse, Logistics, Stores, and Marketplace Partners. Ensure timely order processing and delivery in accordance with SLA. Monitor order status and resolve fulfillment issues promptly. Coordinate inventory and shipment updates with relevant teams. Prepare operational reports and support process improvements. Monitor and resolve order discrepancies to ensure smooth order fulfilment. Able to work under pressure Proactive Personality Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, E-Commerce, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome. Experience in Order Fulfillment, Logistics, Supply Chain, or E-Commerce Operations is a plus. Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office. Good command of English. Experience with ERP, WMS, OMS, or E-Commerce platforms is an advantage.
