Responsibilities: Maintain and control quality-related documentation, including drawings, product specifications, packing standards, inspection standards, deviation reports, and rejection reports. Maintain and control equipment and measuring gauge calibration and verification according to established schedules. Manage and control incoming material inspections and maintain and review Raw Material Certificates of Analysis (COA). Support new product preparation, including sample preparation and the development, issuance, and revision of product specifications, packing standards, and inspection standards. Create, review, and revise raw material and finished product specifications. Monitor and review measurement results, and issue Certificates of Analysis (COA) or measurement reports to customers. Ensure the QC laboratory, equipment, and working areas are clean, well maintained, and organised to provide a safe and effective working environment. Support the QA Manager and QA Inspectors in completing Quality Assurance activities and departmental responsibilities. Conduct product and raw material verification programmes in accordance with established requirements. Issue Documents of Compliance (DOC) for finished products. Record, monitor, and report change requests in accordance with established procedures. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Polymer Engineering, Materials Engineering, Plastics Technology, or a related field. Minimum 2–3 years of experience within a manufacturing environment, with hands-on experience in product inspection and testing. Experience working effectively within empowered shift-based teams. Ability to plan and coordinate individual responsibilities with other team members to achieve operational objectives. Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across different shifts and functions. Hands-on experience operating, monitoring, and troubleshooting inspection and testing equipment. Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel. Strong attention to detail with experience maintaining accurate quality, inspection, and testing records. Ability to support the training and development of other team members. Ability to work collaboratively with shift team members to establish performance standards, identify performance gaps, and resolve issues to ensure team standards are consistently achieved.

Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully.
