Clinical Informatics & Healthcare Solutions Specialist Key Responsibilities 1. Clinical Informatics & Healthcare Solutions Apply clinical knowledge and healthcare experience to support the implementation and optimization of healthcare technology solutions. Collaborate with healthcare professionals, clients, and technical teams to ensure solutions align with clinical workflows, patient care requirements, and healthcare best practices. Translate clinical and operational requirements into clear system and functional requirements. Support the adoption of healthcare technology to improve patient care, clinical efficiency, and operational performance. Act as a bridge between clinical users, business stakeholders, and technical teams throughout the solution lifecycle. 2. Clinical Workflow & Documentation Optimization Analyze existing clinical workflows and documentation processes to identify gaps, bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Recommend and support workflow redesign to improve efficiency, patient safety, documentation quality, and care delivery. Develop, evaluate, and optimize clinical documentation, templates, forms, care plans, and related clinical content. Ensure clinical documentation and workflows align with hospital policies, regulatory requirements, and healthcare best practices. Work closely with clinical users to ensure technology supports real-world clinical practice and operational needs. 3. Healthcare Solution Implementation – Quippe & Aconiq Support the end-to-end implementation of Quippe and Aconiq , including requirement gathering, workflow analysis, configuration, testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, go-live, and post-implementation support. Understand client requirements and translate clinical, operational, and business needs into practical healthcare technology solutions. Coordinate with clients, healthcare professionals, project managers, software developers, and other stakeholders throughout the implementation process. Quippe – Clinical Documentation & Workflow Support clinical documentation design, clinical workflows, care plans, forms, templates, and clinical content configuration. Work with doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to optimize documentation and clinical workflows. Support system configuration, testing, UAT, user training, implementation, and ongoing optimization. Aconiq – Provider & Payor Healthcare Solutions Support provider–payor workflows, including eligibility, benefits, coverage rules, pre-authorization, clinical information review, and related healthcare insurance processes. Analyze interactions and workflows between patients, healthcare providers, and payors to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement. Support configuration, workflow design, testing, UAT, implementation, training, and ongoing client support. 4. Project Coordination & Implementation Management Assist the Project Manager in defining project scope, objectives, requirements, deliverables, and timelines. Coordinate project activities between clients, clinical teams, technical teams, and other stakeholders. Track project milestones, progress, risks, issues, and outstanding actions. Provide regular status updates and ensure timely follow-up on agreed actions. Prepare meeting agendas, meeting minutes, workflow documents, requirement documents, status reports, and client documentation. Identify potential project risks and assist in developing mitigation and resolution plans. Maintain accurate and organized project documentation throughout the project lifecycle. 5. Client Engagement & Application Support Serve as a key point of contact for clients regarding clinical workflows, solution requirements, implementation, and application-related issues. Assess and troubleshoot application issues and coordinate with technical teams when further investigation or resolution is required. Track reported issues and follow through until appropriate resolution. Communicate clearly and professionally with clients regarding progress, issues, resolutions, and next steps. Build strong working relationships with healthcare professionals, clients, and project stakeholders. Maintain a knowledge base of common issues, solutions, workflows, and best practices. 6. User Training & Solution Demonstration Conduct product demonstrations, user training, workshops, and knowledge-transfer sessions for healthcare professionals and clients. Explain healthcare technology and system functionality clearly to both clinical and non-clinical audiences. Develop and maintain user manuals, training materials, FAQs, workflow guides, and support documentation. Support users during implementation, go-live, and post-implementation periods to promote successful system adoption. 7. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Continuous Improvement Collaborate with software development, quality assurance, project management, and customer support teams to improve product functionality and user experience. Provide structured feedback to product and development teams based on clinical workflows, implementation experience, client requirements, and user feedback. Contribute clinical and healthcare operational perspectives to product and solution development. Identify opportunities to improve implementation, support, project coordination, and internal processes. Continuously develop knowledge in clinical informatics, healthcare technology, digital health, and health insurance processes. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or Pharmacy . Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a healthcare setting , preferably in a hospital or clinical environment. Experience or strong interest in Clinical Informatics, Healthcare IT, HIS/EMR/EHR, clinical documentation systems, healthcare software implementation, or Digital Health . Experience in health insurance, pre-authorization, utilization management, claims, or provider–payor processes is an advantage but not required. Good command of English, both spoken and written , with the ability to communicate effectively with international clients and partners. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex clinical and operational workflows. Ability to translate clinical and business requirements into practical technology solutions. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional, respectful, positive, and collaborative attitude . A good listener who can communicate effectively with healthcare professionals, clients, technical teams, and senior stakeholders. Strong sense of responsibility and ownership, with the ability to follow through on commitments and deliverables. Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Adaptable and comfortable working with changing environments, technologies, priorities, and project requirements. Willing to continuously learn and develop expertise across both clinical and health insurance technology. Willing and able to travel internationally for client projects, implementations, training, and other business activities as required. Who We’re Looking For We are looking for a healthcare professional who wants to build a career at the intersection of clinical practice, healthcare technology, and digital transformation . You do not need to be a software developer. However, you should be comfortable learning new technologies, understanding how healthcare systems work, analyzing clinical and operational workflows, and communicating with both healthcare professionals and technical teams. This role provides the opportunity to work across both provider-side and payor-side healthcare technology , from clinical documentation and workflow optimization with Quippe to healthcare insurance and pre-authorization solutions with Aconiq . The role also involves working directly with healthcare organizations and international clients across different markets.
