Job Duties: Collect both technical and user requirements for the new enhancements; Study the technical feasibility of the new enhancements and create initial design of the infrastructure and application structure; Provide support to the User Interface (UI) design of the new enhancements; Liaise various parties and provide technical support for system design, implementation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support for the new enhancements To review deliverables provided by outsourcing contractors and conduct acceptance tests of the new enhancements; Provide technical support for Government departments or non-government parties to adopt the enhanced the functions; Review the test plan and perform the testing for the new enhancements; Review the load/stress plan and perform the load/stress testing for the new enhancements; Requirement Details: Higher Diploma or above in IT related subjects At least 4 years working experience in application development Solid working experience in system design, development, implementation and maintenance of IT application systems. Solid working experience in performing system integration test and user acceptance test. Solid working experience in providing technical support service to different users and clients. Solid working experience in Android/iOS application development. Solid working experience in RESTful API design and implementation for seamless integrations. Good sense of analytical and problem solving skills. Good command of English and Chinese writing skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
