Position Overview The Corporate Communication Executive supports the Corporate Communication Manager in executing internal and external communication initiatives that strengthen the company’s image and reputation. This role also contributes to sustainability and ESG-related activities, aligning communication efforts with corporate values and responsible business goals. Ideal for candidates with 3–5 years of experience, this position offers hands-on exposure to branding, public relations, content creation, and sustainability communications — with clear opportunities to grow into a strategic communications professional. Key Responsibilities 1. Corporate Communication & Branding Support the implementation of corporate communication strategies to enhance the company’s brand and reputation. Ensure message consistency and visual identity alignment across all communication channels. Draft internal announcements, press releases, executive speeches, and other communication materials under managerial supervision. Assist in crisis communication preparation and coordinate information flow as needed. 2. Internal & External Communications Coordinate internal communication activities that promote employee engagement (e.g., newsletters, intranet updates, announcements). Liaise with media, industry partners, and stakeholders to strengthen external relationships. Monitor media coverage, industry trends, and competitors’ activities, and prepare concise insight reports for management. 3. Corporate Events, CSR, and ESG Activities Support the planning and execution of corporate events and stakeholder engagement activities. Assist in collecting and preparing ESG data and content for sustainability reports in line with local/global standards (GRI, ISSB). Coordinate CSR and sustainability communication campaigns, documenting success stories for internal and external audiences. 4. Digital & Online Presence Update and maintain content on the corporate website, Internal communication platform to ensure accuracy and relevance. Support social media communication efforts, including drafting posts and tracking engagement metrics. Assist in creating newsletters, digital assets, and corporate videos to strengthen corporate storytelling. Qualifications & Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Corporate Communications, Public Relations or a related field. Experience: 3–5 years of experience in corporate communication, internal and external communication, PR, marketing communication, or sustainability/ESG-related roles. Skills: Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Thai and English Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills. Basic understanding of ESG frameworks, sustainability reporting, or CSR communication is a plus. Good interpersonal and coordination skills with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with social media management, website CMS, and digital tools (e.g., Canva, Google Analytics). Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
