AI Solution Specialist

About the role You're the front line on business needs — understanding what stakeholders actually need, helping define the problem, and drafting requirements with AI. At the same time, as part of the PMO team, you'll use AI as your everyday working method and build your own tools to support the day-to-day running of the company's core-system project portfolio — helping maintain plans, track progress, log risks and prepare reporting. What you'll do Understand how the business systems work — Track data quality, field usage and how business teams actually use the core systems (primarily CRM) day to day. Notice when something is off and dig into why. Help define the problem — Don't just record what's asked for; try to understand what's really needed. Push back with a question rather than taking a request at face value. Draft requirements — Use AI to draft the business sections of the SDD spec — problem statement, success metrics, business rules, edge cases — for the Solution Architect or a senior colleague to review, then finalise with engineering. Validate & follow through — Help gather data after launch to confirm whether a feature achieved what it set out to do. Manage core-system projects — Build your own tools with AI for project tracking, status updates, meeting notes and follow-ups. Do it manually twice, automate it the third time. Managing your own workflow this way is a baseline expectation of the role, not a separate responsibility to be assessed on its own. Use AI to speed up bilingual documentation — AI drafts the parallel version; you own terminology consistency and review. What we're looking for One to two years in business analysis, product support or related work in a technology environment; strong graduates with real AI-building work are welcome Strong written English and Chinese; fluent Mandarin — requirement drafts and reporting are written in either language depending on the audience, and sometimes in parallel bilingual versions. Basic familiarity with business systems (e.g. CRM platforms), or a fast willingness to learn the data model and business processes Structured documentation skills — can turn a vague business ask into a clear problem statement AI as a default working method — not just for writing, but for building your own tools; must demonstrate live AI use in the interview, a self-built tool is a strong plus Curious, comfortable being pushed back on your own understanding, learns fast Nice to have Fintech or lending background · CRM / loan-management system exposure · Lark/Feishu automation · Jira / Confluence
