Job Responsibilities Coordinate with Thai and Chinese contractors. Coordinate with site areas (TMS) and other relevant departments. Conduct site inspections to ensure work quality and resolve on-site issues, including nighttime site visits. Check site conditions and monitor work progress according to the project schedule. Provide information and verify the accuracy of materials, MEP systems, construction work, and structures related to decoration works. (Relevant experience is a plus.) Experience in Retail / Shop Design / Exhibition is a plus. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Qualifications Male. Hardworking, proactive, detail-oriented, and highly responsible. Flexible, able to work as part of a team, and manage tasks within deadlines. Able to work well under pressure. Chinese language proficiency (HSK 5 or above). Willing to work overtime and travel to project sites in other provinces. Candidates who can start immediately will be given special consideration.
