We are seeking an experienced Java Developer to join a technology team responsible for the development and enhancement of mission-critical transaction processing platforms within a highly regulated environment. Due to ongoing technology initiatives, they are looking for an experienced Java Developer to join their growing technology team. 工作内容 Design, develop, and support enterprise-grade backend applications and transaction processing systems. Participate in the full software development life cycle, including requirement analysis, development, testing, deployment, and production support. Enhance and maintain existing business-critical applications to ensure system stability, scalability, and performance. Collaborate with business analysts, quality assurance teams, and infrastructure teams to deliver technology solutions aligned with business objectives. Prepare technical specifications, architecture documentation, deployment procedures, and operational guides. Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing activities. Identify opportunities to improve system efficiency, automate processes, and optimize application performance. Understanding of secure coding standards, application monitoring, and performance optimization techniques. Experience in financial services, capital markets, banking, or other regulated industries would be advantageous. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment.
