HR Business Partner (Hybrid)

The HR Business Partner serves as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing HR guidance and solutions that support organizational goals, employee engagement, and business performance. Key Responsibilities: Partner with business leaders and managers to understand business needs and provide effective HR solutions. Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, talent management, and HR policies. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives. Support workforce planning, organizational development, and succession planning initiatives. Manage and resolve employee relations concerns and workplace issues. Conduct performance management processes, including coaching, counseling, and performance improvement plans. Partner with Talent Acquisition on workforce requirements and hiring strategies. Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to support business decisions. Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture-building initiatives. Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws. Facilitate organizational changes, restructures, and other people-related initiatives. Collaborate with HR teams such as Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, and HR Operations. Provide coaching and support to managers on people management and HR best practices. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration , or a related field. 5+ years of experience in HR , preferably with experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist. Strong experience in employee relations, performance management, talent management, and HR operations . Experience partnering with business leaders and people managers. Strong knowledge of HR policies, practices, and Philippine labor laws . Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive employee information with professionalism. Strong organizational and project management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and HRIS platforms. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Strong coaching, influencing, and decision-making skills
