SAP PM Functional Lead

About the Role Join Accenture to work on SAP S/4 transformation project, focusing on Plant Maintenance (PM) and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM). In this role, you will lead application configuration and ensure stable, high-performing solutions that align with business needs and drive operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP PM solutions aligned with business requirements Manage and support packaged/SaaS applications to ensure system stability, performance, and scalability Oversee application releases, enhancements, and integration activities across multiple teams Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of end-to-end solutions Analyze system performance and proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reliability Provide subject matter expertise and guide team decisions on complex technical and functional issues Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including documentation of best practices and standards Explore and recommend new tools, technologies, and methodologies to enhance application management and user experience Required Qualifications Strong experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) as a Functional Lead Proven expertise in configuring and supporting SAP S/4 applications Experience working with packaged or SaaS-based enterprise solutions Strong understanding of system integration, release management, and application lifecycle processes Ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and drive decision-making in complex environments Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills Experience working in cross-functional, multi-team delivery environments Preferred Qualifications Experience with SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Familiarity with low-code platforms, APIs, and modern application tools Exposure to large-scale ERP or digital transformation programs Strong focus on innovation, automation, and continuous improvement
