Key Responsibilities: • Perform non-destructive testing (NDT) inspections on aircraft engine components using X-Ray (RT) and Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection (FPI/PT) methods. • Interpret technical work instructions and determine acceptance or rejection of parts based on defined criteria. • Review and follow written instructions, operation sheets, SOPs, engineering drawings, and quality procedures to accurately detect discontinuities. • Set up, calibrate, and conduct daily system checks on NDT equipment to ensure optimal performance and compliance. • Establish appropriate inspection techniques and ensure all examinations are conducted in strict adherence to safety regulations. • Evaluate inspection results against applicable standards and specifications to ensure product quality and integrity. • Review test orders to determine inspection methods, procedures, and acceptance criteria. • Accurately document inspection results and prepare reports; initiate non-conformance reports (NCR) for parts that do not meet requirements. • Support Continuous Improvement Programs (CIP), audit preparations, and corrective action processes. • Maintain proper housekeeping of equipment and work areas to ensure a safe and organized environment. • Comply with all company safety policies and regulatory requirements at all times. • Perform other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications & Requirements: • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in NDT inspection within aerospace, aviation, or related industries. • Strong hands-on experience in Radiographic Testing (RT) is mandatory. Certification: • Possess valid NAS 410 / EN 4179 or equivalent certifications in RT and/or PT (additional certifications such as MT are a plus). Technical Competencies: • Proficient in interpreting engineering drawings, technical documents, and inspection standards. • Strong knowledge of NDT methods, defect recognition, and acceptance criteria. • Familiar with quality systems and safety standards in aerospace environments. Additional Requirements: • Good command of English (spoken and written) for technical communication. • Able to work in a multinational environment and collaborate with cross-cultural teams. • Flexible to work shifts, overtime, and weekends when required. • Strong understanding of compliance, safety regulations, and high-quality standards. • Adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently under pressure.
