Job Purpose: To guide organizations through the process of achieving IATF certification and maintaining ISO certification, ensuring compliance with international standards and enhancing quality management systems. Key Responsibilities: Conduct gap analyses to identify areas of non-compliance with IATF & ISO standards. Liaise with consultancy for IATF certification. Develop and implement action plans required. Train employees on ISO standards and compliance requirements. Perform internal audits to ensure ongoing compliance with ISO standards. Assist in the documentation and review of procedures and processes. Coordinate with external auditors and certification bodies as needed. Monitor changes in ISO standards and update company policies accordingly. Qualifications: Certification in ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 450001 & IATF) is preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality management or compliance. Strong understanding of ISO standards and their application. Excellent communication and training skills. Attention to detail and strong analytical skills. ERP KNOWLEDHE preferable
