Hold a valid CPL(A) and IP (CPL(A) with FI(A) and/or FI(R) under TCAR PEL Part FCL is preferred). Hold valid IR and ME ratings (IR/SE and IR/ME qualifications are preferred). ELP Level 5 or above preferred. Strong teaching, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong Safety Mindset, professionalism, and passion for teaching. Previous training or management experience within an ATO will be considered an advantage. Willingness to be based at the main base in Phitsanulok or other locations as assigned by the company. Conduct flight and ground training in accordance with the approved syllabus, SOPs, and CAAT requirements. Conduct effective briefing, instruction, and debriefing. Monitor student progress and maintain accurate training records. Promote flight safety, risk management, and a positive safety culture. Develop students toward professional pilot standards and sound airmanship.
