Profile: We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Tester to ensure the quality, reliability, and user experience of our websites, mobile applications, POS, and internal systems. Job Responsibilities: Testing & Quality Assurance : Defect Tracking & Resolution : Identify, document, and report bugs or discrepancies in a clear and timely manner. Collaborate with development and product teams to resolve issues and support continuous improvement. Perform basic root cause analysis and recommend practical solutions. User Experience & Product Feedback : Provide feedback on usability and customer experience based on real-world usage scenarios. Suggest enhancements to improve product quality and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of identified issues. Documentation & Updates : Maintain up-to-date testing documentation aligned with product changes. Stay informed on new product features, updates, and releases to adjust testing procedures accordingly. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 1–3 years of experience in software quality assurance (QA) or testing, preferably involving websites, mobile applications, POS, or ERP systems. Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test planning, test case development, and defect tracking. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills. Proficient in English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
