Strategic Planning Specialist / Expert

Job Highlights Act as an internal consultant to top management, addressing a wide range of business challenges and managing special projects. Provide insights and recommendations to inform strategic and business decisions. • Annual Planning Process: Serve as part of the core team leading the company’s annual planning process — defining key corporate performance indicators, facilitating executive workshops, and translating plans into clear and actionable initiatives. • Ad-Hoc Assignment: Conduct ad-hoc analyses or projects to drive corporate-wide and functional improvements, identifying opportunities for performance enhancement and business growth. Required Skills/Abilities: • In-depth understanding of business, management, and business forecasting • Ability to navigate and manage complexity, ambiguity, and uncertainties, while engaging and aligning diverse interests. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and demonstrable strategic thinking abilities • Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Thai and English. • Capable to manage assigned work with minimal supervision • Leadership capabilities, with the ability to inspire and guide teams to success. Education and Experience: • Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or industry-related field required; • At least 5 years of experience in Corporate Strategy, Business Planning, Marketing Strategy, Business Consulting, or a similar field. • Experience in the insurance industry is preferred.
