Job Summary: The HR Business Partner will provide end-to-end HR support to EOR clients and employees, ensuring effective HR operations, employee relations, compliance, and client satisfaction. The role will also support business development and HR consulting engagements. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. At least three (3) years of relevant experience as an HR Business Partner or similar HR role, preferably in BPO, shared services, outsourcing, EOR, or a fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices. Experience in employee relations, performance management, onboarding, manpower monitoring, and labor relations. Experience managing multiple employees, teams, or client accounts is highly preferred. EOR, HR outsourcing, or HR consulting experience is an advantage. Strong client-facing, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities and client engagements. Business development, account management, or client relationship management experience is an advantage. Job Description: Serve as the primary HR Business Partner and point of contact for employees under assigned EOR engagements. Manage employee onboarding, including employment documentation, orientation, and pre-employment requirements. Draft, review, and coordinate employment contracts, amendments, extensions, and other HR documents. Support performance management, including probationary and regular employee concerns. Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace concerns in coordination with clients and internal teams. Ensure EOR employees and client engagements comply with Philippine labor laws, company policies, and service standards. Provide HR guidance and practical solutions to clients and employees. Support EOR business development activities, including client discovery meetings, presentations, HR discussions, and proposal preparation. Identify opportunities for additional HR services based on client needs and coordinate with relevant teams. Support HR Consulting engagements, including HR advisory, policy review, employee relations, and related HR projects.
