Core Accountabilities 1. Drive B2B InsurTech business development across Hong Kong and Southeast Asia. Devise go-to-market strategies to hit revenue and new client goals for claims TPA and AI risk control offerings. 2. Track regional insurance claims and risk control trends plus competitor landscape, and translate market insights into actionable product and sales adjustments. 3. Secure and nurture insurer clients, build ties with senior stakeholders; manage mainland client partnerships and deliver end-to-end sales cycles from demand scoping, customized solutions, contract closure to payment collection. Qualifications 1. 7+ years of experience in insurance BD, solution sales, underwriting or claims work. 2. Skilled in solution design, presentation and commercial negotiation; able to run complex projects and coordinate internal & external resources. 3. Target-focused, adept at client relationship management; okay with frequent travel and high work pressure. 4. Fluent in English and Mandarin for daily work.
