Working hour: Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm (Onsite) Employment Type: Full-Time Location: Mutiara Damansara, PJ We are looking for an AI Technical Lead to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade AI solutions for Payroll and HR platforms. This is a hands-on technical leadership role requiring strong experience in Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, and AI application architecture. The role will work closely with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to turn business requirements into scalable, secure, and production-ready AI solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, architecture, and development of AI/LLM solutions from concept to production. Define and drive the AI roadmap for Payroll and HR products. Design scalable AI architectures, microservices, workflows, and multi-tenant AI solutions . Build and integrate LLM applications, AI Chatbots, Copilots, and AI Agents . Implement RAG, vector search, embeddings, prompt engineering, function/tool calling, and AI guardrails . Develop AI Agents for workflow automation and enterprise system/API integration . Integrate AI solutions with internal systems, REST APIs, ERP, and business applications. Lead technical discussions, architecture reviews, and mentor AI/software engineers. Evaluate emerging AI technologies and drive adoption of relevant solutions. Requirements 2+ years of hands-on experience in AI, Generative AI, LLM, or AI application engineering. Strong experience translating business requirements into scalable AI solutions . Hands-on experience with OpenAI API / Azure OpenAI / GPT models . Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex . Strong knowledge of AI Agents, Function/Tool Calling, RAG, Prompt Engineering, Embeddings, and Semantic/Vector Search . Experience with at least one vector database such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, Chroma, pgvector, or Qdrant . Good understanding of Agentic AI, AI workflows, AI memory, context engineering, and LLM evaluation . Experience integrating AI solutions with APIs and enterprise systems . Strong communication, problem-solving, and technical leadership skills. Preferred Experience Experience delivering enterprise AI solutions such as: AI Chat / Chatbots AI Copilots AI Agents AI Search / Knowledge Base AI Automation AI Workflow Engines AI Document Intelligence Enterprise AI Platforms
