About the role As a Sales Support Coordinator at AV Media Pte Ltd, you will play a vital role in supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth operations within the Client & Sales Administration department. This full-time position is based in the Bukit Batok , offering a collaborative work environment and opportunities for growth Key Responsibilities: Assist the sales team in processing orders for both local and overseas clients. Sales Support and Client-Facing in preparing quotations for walk-in, email, or phone call clients. Coordinate communication between sales, logistics, and finance departments to ensure timely order fulfillment. Support overseas sales activities by managing international client inquiries, documentation, and compliance requirements. Prepare sales reports, maintain, and update customer databases. Provide after-sales support and address customer inquiries promptly locally and internationally. Organize and participate in sales meetings, trade shows, and promotional events. Monitor and support delivery schedules, ensuring adherence to deadlines. Collaborate with logistics and shipping departments to coordinate international shipments. Provide administrative support to the sales team, including processing orders, managing client records, and maintaining accurate sales data locally and internationally.
