Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules and respond promptly to system malfunctions. Assign tasks, monitor equipment performance, and support energy efficiency initiatives. Perform other duties as assigned by Department Head / Supervisor. Qualifications 5-6 years of experience in engineering specifically in HVAC field. Experience in hotel industry will be an advantage. Diploma or Certificate in related discipline. Holder of Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate. Willing to work on shifts. Confident to work independently and under pressure. Good supervisory, communication skills and with good team work. Good command of Cantonese while English and Mandarin will be a plus.
