Job Description: Align customer needs with appropriate services and solutions to ensure high satisfaction. Handle and manage air export shipments from booking to final delivery. Prepare and process accurate billing, including cost input and revenue recognition. Generate invoices and ensure timely submission to customers and internal systems. Coordinate closely with overseas stations to ensure smooth shipment execution. Provide timely feedback and updates to stakeholders on shipment status and issues. Prepare daily operational reports and maintain proper documentation. Ensure compliance with company procedures, deadlines, and service quality standards. Additional Information Salary: Depends on working experience & skills Working day: Monday - Friday (9:00 - 18:00) or (13.00 - 22.00) Benefits: Social insurance, Group insurance, Bonus, Afternoon shift allowance, and Provident Fund *All applications will be treated in strict confidence.
