📍 Location: Close to BTS 💰 Salary: 55,000 THB Cathcart Technology is partnering with a global financial technology company to find a Application Support Specialist to join their Bangkok team, supporting clients using a real-time finance platform. This role is ideal for someone with a technical background who enjoys application troubleshooting, problem-solving, and client support and is interested in developing their career within financial and trading technology. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day technical support for clients using the platform. Investigate application issues and incidents, troubleshoot failures, identify root causes, and provide solutions or workarounds. Manage support tickets through resolution or escalation and keep clients updated throughout the process. Configure and deploy trading solutions according to client requirements. Support new client implementation and system integration projects. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, IT, or related field. At least 3 years of experience in Application Support, Production Support, IT Support, Software Development, or a related technical role. Technical knowledge of Linux and Java. Knowledge of FIX Protocol, or real-time systems is an advantage. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Good English communication skills.
