Job Summary The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR & GA functions for the Forging manufacturing plant, including HR, Employee Relations, and General Affairs. This role will partner closely with production and management teams to drive workforce effectiveness, employee engagement, organizational development, and compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in manufacturing environments, particularly in managing scale workforce operations > 500 person up and supporting factory operations strategically and operationally. Job Responsibilities Manage overall HR & GA functions including HRM, ER, Recruitment, Payroll, and General Affairs. Develop and implement HR policies and strategies to support business and factory operations. Handle employee relations and ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations. Work closely with production teams to improve workforce effectiveness and employee engagement. Lead HR projects, manpower planning, performance management, and organizational development. Manage and develop the HR & GA team to achieve company objectives. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Human Resources, Political Science, Business Administration, or related fields. Minimum 5 years of experience as HR Manager overseeing overall HR & GA functions. Strong background in manufacturing industry is required; experience in automotive manufacturing will be an advantage. Must have experience managing HR operations for organizations with more than 500 employees. Strong knowledge of Thai labor law and related regulations. Hands-on experience working closely with production/operation teams in factory environments. Strong leadership, people management, and problem-solving skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Good command of English is preferred. Preferred Qualifications Experience in automotive parts manufacturing industry. Experience in HR transformation, employee engagement, or organizational development projects. Familiar with ISO/IATF systems and manufacturing environment.
