About the role We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join NR Instant Produce Public Company Limited. This is a full-time position based in Bangkok, Thailand. As CFO, you will be responsible for leading the financial strategy and operations of the organisation, ensuring robust financial management, compliance, and sustainable growth. This is a strategic leadership role that will have a significant impact on the company's financial health and overall business performance. What you'll be doing Developing and implementing comprehensive financial strategies that align with the company's business objectives and shareholder value creation Overseeing all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards Managing relationships with external stakeholders including auditors, financial institutions, and investors, and ensuring full compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements Leading the finance team and fostering a culture of financial excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement Conducting financial analysis and providing strategic recommendations to senior management and the Board of Directors on capital allocation, investment opportunities, and risk management Ensuring the preparation of timely and accurate financial statements and reports that comply with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and local regulatory requirements Identifying and implementing cost optimisation initiatives whilst maintaining operational efficiency and service quality Managing cash flow, working capital, and treasury operations to ensure the company's financial stability and liquidity Overseeing internal controls, audit functions, and fraud prevention measures to protect company assets Collaborating with other departments to support business growth initiatives and strategic projects What we're looking for Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; MBA or professional certification (CPA, CA, or equivalent) is highly preferred Minimum 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a CFO or senior finance executive role Extensive knowledge of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and financial analysis Strong experience in financial reporting, compliance, and regulatory matters, particularly with listed companies or organisations subject to stringent financial oversight Proven expertise in cash management, working capital optimisation, and treasury operations Experience in leading and developing high-performing finance teams and managing cross-functional projects Deep understanding of Thai accounting standards, tax regulations, and the regulatory environment for public companies Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic insights Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial information clearly to diverse audiences including the Board, management, and external stakeholders Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with auditors, regulators, and financial institutions Experience in the agricultural, food production, or related industries is advantageous Proficiency in financial systems and advanced Excel skills; experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is beneficial About us NR Instant Produce Public Company Limited is a leading player in the production and distribution of instant food products in Thailand.
