Responsibilities: Project & Program Management Plan milestones, manage project risks, guide teams, and communicate status regularly. Develop project plans, coordinate resources, and maintain issue, risk, and status reports. Advise sponsors and stakeholders on governance, program, process, and technical issues. Drive targeted, sustainable improvement by leveraging consulting skills and change management processes. Identify improvement opportunities and enhance IT implementation methods. Track and communicate IT service performance across projects and daily operations. Prioritize incoming work and optimize assigned resources. Assign work to IT outsourced resources and ensure balanced workload, accountability, and timely delivery. Monitor outsourced personnel performance, productivity, service quality, and escalations. Foster a diverse workplace that enables all participants to contribute to their full potential in pursuit of organizational objectives. SAP S/4HANA & Integrated Business Application Management Advise SAP S/4HANA users across Thailand and relevant system-deployed countries. Serve as the primary contact for SAP rollouts and post-go-live support across relevant countries. Oversee integration across SAP modules (SD, MM, WM, FI/CO) and non-SAP systems. Manage non-SAP systems connected to SHERA’s IT landscape. Assess solution impacts on business processes and priorities. Analyze incident causes and propose action plans. Vendor & Contract Management Manage external IT vendors and service providers across all IT systems and projects. Monitor vendor contract performance, identify gaps, and escalate issues as appropriate. IT Governance & Compliance Chair IT Steering Committee meetings and governance forums across relevant business functions and countries. Maintain IT policies and procedures in line with corporate governance standards. Support IT audits and ensure timely remediation of audit findings. Maintain IT security and data governance standards across managed systems. Qualifications: Bachelor' degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields. Minimum 10 years of experience, including large-scale project management and 3 years in regional or multi-country IT leadership. Proven background in consulting or IT project management. SAP S/4HANA experience required; SD, MM, and WM preferred. CRM, Microsoft 365, and cloud platform experience desirable. Experience with non-SAP systems supporting logistics, digital commerce, or future business needs is preferred. Excellent Thai and English communication, presentation, and facilitation skills at all organizational levels. Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric attitude.
