Responsibilities : Supervise inferiors and evaluate their job performance, Conform with the work requirement as set forth in accordance with the work instructions and specifications to assure high level of quality service is being provided, Carry out ad-hoc projects or special assignments from senior management, Co-ordinate with other departments of Omni Keep proposing continual plans of improvement to the superior, Keep a good rapport with customers by satisfying their needs, Help in System development to improve effectiveness, efficiency and accuracy, Maintain documents/reports to fulfil company requirements.
