1. Manage the day-to-day welfare and living arrangements of student pilots, including accommodation assignment, room condition, utilities and general well-being throughout the training program. 2. Arrange and oversee trainee transportation, including vehicles and daily shuttle services between the accommodation, the flight school and the airport, ensuring trainees arrive on time for every training session. 3. Act as the first point of contact for student pilots on non-training matters - accommodation, transport, meals, health and personal issues - and escalate to the Head of Training or HR where required. 4. Coordinate with instructors and staff of other departments (Flight, Simulator, Ground School, Operations, Dispatch, Maintenance) so that trainee support aligns with the daily flying and ground school program and training runs smoothly. 5. Collect, record and report feedback from student pilots on accommodation, transportation and support services, and follow up with the responsible parties until issues are resolved. 6. Preferred 1-3 years of experience in student/trainee welfare, dormitory or accommodation administration, transport coordination, or general affairs - ideally within an aviation training organization (ATO), flight school, or educational institution. New graduates with strong coordination and service skills may be considered. 7. Experience arranging accommodation and transportation for groups - room allocation, vehicle and shuttle scheduling, driver coordination - including handling last-minute changes and pick-up/drop-off between multiple locations. 8. Experience dealing directly with students or customers on welfare and day-to-day issues, with the patience and service mindset to handle complaints and personal matters appropriately.
