Safety, Health & Environmental (SHE) Officer responsible for implementing and maintaining SHE programs in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Conducts HIRA, provides employee training, monitors workplace conditions, and supports initiatives to improve safety and environmental performance. Serves as OSH Committee Secretary in accordance with Thai law. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES; Inspect and advise the employer to comply with laws related to safety, occupational health, and environmental conditions in the workplace. Analyse tasks to identify hazards and define preventive measures and safe work procedures to propose to the employer. Advise employees to follow the workplace's safety, occupational health, and environmental conditions manual. Investigate the causes of accidents, illnesses, or nuisances arising from employees' work and report the findings, including suggesting solutions to the employer to prevent incidents promptly. Collect statistics and prepare reports and recommendations on accidents, illnesses, or nuisances arising from employees' work to propose to the employer. Assess workplace hazards and risks and recommend appropriate measures to mitigate them. Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential safety issues and ensure compliance with established safety protocols. Comply with Thai law to conduct HIRA and submit report to local authority. Assist Group Safety Manager to investigate incidents and accidents, determine root causes and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Provide regular safety training sessions and organize impactful safety campaigns to promote awareness. Maintain accurate records and documentation for safety inspections, incidents and training. Perform any other ad hoc/ additional responsibility as assigned by the Group Safety Manager/Management. PROFESIONAL QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in OS&H or related field. Good command of written and spoken English (would be advantage). Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, Canva and databases. High responsibility and able to work under Private and Confidential nature, proactive and initiative idea, positive attitude, flexible and able to work under pressure Minimum 6 Year(s) of working experience in a safety officer at professional level, preferably in the agriculture/aquaculture manufacturing related field is required for this position. Strong both in hands on and in documentation. Relevant OHS documentation would be of advantage. OS&H training background (basic firefighting/first aid/working with electrical safety, etc.) would be of advantage Experience for ISO45001/ISO14001
