Senior Logistics and Production Procurement Officer Major Responsibilities: Perform the full spectrum of logistics and production procurement function Source parts/components for use on electronics devices Ensure the supply of parts/components are in right quality and quantity, costs within budget, and to meet production timelines Work in accordance with development/production schedule and continue update materials price list for immediate availability of quotation Liaise with overseas and local suppliers for quotation and price negotiation · Work closely with warehouse on order follow up and logistics coordination Liaise with vendors, shipping company and internal team to arrange shipment Responsible for handling import/export documents, and customs declaration such as Trade Link Implement and review the procurement process, records of purchasing orders and stock management, etc. Basic Requirements: · Diploma or above with minimum of 3 years’ relevant working experience in purchasing and logistics management. Good communication and negotiation skills, detail-minded, willing to learn with self-motivated and sense of responsibility Ability to multitask and work independently with proactive attitude Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese Willingness to travel for supplier visits in China or Other Asian Countries Staff Benefits: Discretionary Bonus, 5-Day Work, HK Public Holidays, Paid Annual Leave, Employee Medical Coverage, MPF
