We are seeking Graduates with a passion for innovation, technology and sustainable development to join our company and be seconded to the Hong Kong-Shenzhen Innovation and Technology Park (HSITP). Through this opportunity, you will gain hands-on experience in major development projects, work alongside industry professionals, and contribute to one of Hong Kong's most significant innovation and technology developments. Requirements: Candidates shall hold a recognized Master / Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following disciplines: - Architecture (Master degree) - Quantity Surveying (QS) / General Practice Surveying (GP Surveying) (Bachelor degree or above) - Building Services /Mechanical & Electrical (M&E)/ Electrical / Structural / Civil & Structural Engineering (Bachelor degree or above) Sound fundamental academic and technical knowledge of the built environment and construction industry. Strong learning agility, proactive working attitude and attention to detail. Good interpersonal communication and cross-team collaboration skills. Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua). Self-motivated, responsible and capable of adapting to diversified multidisciplinary project tasks in a large-scale innovation park development environment. Duties and Responsibilities: Support full-cycle project management and implementation of HSITP’s infrastructure, architectural and development projects, including progress monitoring, technical document preparation, site coordination, meeting administration and progress reporting. Assist in strategic future planning studies, land use planning, campus development review and preliminary master layout planning for upcoming HSITP initiatives. Support internal schematic planning, design coordination, technical data collation, drawing review and design optimization for park facilities and development zones. Conduct technical research, data analysis and report compilation to support planning formulation and project delivery. Liaise among internal HSITP teams, consultants, contractors and relevant government stakeholders for daily project and planning coordination. Undertake ad-hoc planning, technical and project duties as assigned by supervisory teams to support the daily operation of the Project Development Division. Employment will be on a contract basis for a period of 24 months commencing immediately with possible extension subject to works condition. The remuneration package will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualification and experience. Information provided will be used for the purpose of employment application only.
