Assistant Sales Manager (6-month contract, US listed brand) Your new company Our client is a global leader in travel luggage and accessories. Now they are looking for an Assistant Sales Manager (6-month contract) to support their operational needs. Your new role Drive new business development across wholesale and independent retail channels in Hong Kong. Expand distribution and strengthen market presence for bags and luggage. Build and manage strong relationships with retail partners. Monitor market trends, competitors, and growth opportunities. Negotiate trade terms to maximise profitability. Collaborate internally to execute sales strategies and report performance. What you'll need to succeed Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing or related field. 4-6 years' experience in wholesale sales or multichannel development (travel gear, consumer goods, or similar). A strong network with Hong Kong retailers preferred. Proven business development, negotiation, and communication skills. Self-driven, independent, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. Fluent Cantonese; good English and Mandarin. Proficient in MS Office. ** Opportunity for full-time conversion subject to satisfactory performance.
