People Systems Administrator (HR)

Our client, a UK’s largest specialist provider of diagnostic and healthcare solutions is looking to hire a People Systems Administrator as part of their HR team. Job Description: Role provides essential administrative and systems support across People Services, helping to ensure that employee information is accurate, secure, up to date and available for reporting, compliance and operational purposes. The postholder will support routine systems administration, data entry, data validation, reporting, user support and query resolution across key People platforms, including HR systems, workflow tools and reporting systems. The role contributes to the effective running of People Services by maintaining high standards of data accuracy, customer service, confidentiality and process compliance. Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years' experience supporting HR systems or HRIS administration. Basic understanding of HR processes, including employee data management, onboarding, offboarding, organizational changes, and reporting. Familiarity with user access management, system testing, troubleshooting, and responding to HR system-related inquiries. Basic understanding of data privacy and compliance requirements. Desirable Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential employee information. Experience supporting system implementations, upgrades, or testing activities. Knowledge of reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or native HRIS reporting capabilities. HR or HRIS-related certifications are advantageous but not required. What's in store for you?
