Responsibilities: 1. Develop corporate strategies, prepare the business plan, and jointly determine direction and action plans to propose. 2. Analyze and manage risks, both internal and external factors, that may affect the company's business operations. 7. Promote and support the adoption of technology to develop products and services. 8. Control and monitor credit line utilization/ review customer credit line requests, as well as internal and external data sources, to prevent NPLs (non-performing loans). 9. Act as the company's representative in business public relations and press releases to increase the company's recognition and reach more customers. 10. Perform other duties as assigned. Job Specification: Education Background: Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Information Technology, or a related field. Professional Experience: At least 15 years of experience in organizational management with a private company, or in credit, finance, or related banking fields.
