Learning Product Manager

Build the next generation of financial education. FinPod is actively expanding a novel and premium financial education experience for children and teenagers aged between 6–15 that has achieved great popularity among families in HK. Our programmes combine financial knowledge with storytelling, games, simulations, technology and real-world decision-making. We are looking for a Learning Product Manager to turn ambitious ideas into exceptional, practical learning experiences. This is NOT a traditional teaching or curriculum-writing role . You will sit at the intersection of product management, education, content and technology , working closely with our founders and a highly creative team. What you will do Work closely with the founders to turn high-level educational ideas into clear, executable lesson experiences Ask the right questions, challenge assumptions and clarify what needs to be built before work begins Translate concepts into structured lesson plans, activities, teacher guides and production briefs Coordinate teachers, content developers, designers and technology teams to deliver programmes on time Manage the end-to-end development and improvement of learning products Pilot lessons, observe classroom delivery and turn feedback into practical improvements Ensure that ambitious ideas remain engaging, age-appropriate and realistic for teachers to deliver Build processes and standards that allow FinPod's programmes to scale without compromising quality Who we are looking for You may come from product management, consulting, programme management, startup operations, management trainee programmes, EdTech, or another cross-functional role . A background in education is welcome but not essential . We are looking for someone who: Is highly structured and comfortable turning ambiguity into action Has strong project management and stakeholder management skills Is intellectually curious and naturally asks sharp questions Is confident enough to respectfully challenge senior stakeholders Can manage up and work effectively with strong, creative personalities Has excellent written and spoken English Is comfortable with technology and enthusiastic about AI Has strong attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger picture Takes ownership and follows things through to completion Is genuinely interested in how young people learn and how education can be made more engaging What makes this role different You will not be handed a fixed curriculum and asked to maintain it. You will work alongside a founding team that thinks about education more like a game designer or theme-park creator —starting with ambitious experiences rather than conventional lesson plans. Your job is to help turn those ideas into something that is clear, teachable, scalable and exceptional . This is a high-ownership role for someone who wants to build, not simply execute.
