Responsibilities: Design and execute the entry strategy for ELN distribution in HK and establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with Hong Kong financial institutions; Formulate annual sales targets and business development plans and demonstrating the ability to translate high-level strategy into tangible transaction flow; Direct engagement with product desks and Heads of Wealth Management at peer institutions to ensure products are white-listed; Work closely with various internal departments to ensure smooth transaction processes; Provide professional market insights and product recommendations to support investment decisions and provide professional product training to institutional partner; Participate in projects or ad-hoc task as assigned by Management Requirements: Degree holder or above in Economics, Finance, Mathematics or related disciplines; At least 8 years of relevant experience in Fixed Income trading or brokerage; Good network and familiarity with major financial institutions in Hong Kong; In-depth understanding of banking and institutional client operation processes, with ability to resolve transaction-related issues efficiently; Familiarity with structured bond structures required by financial institutions’ wealth management channels, especially Equity-linked Structured Notes; Holder of Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) Type 1 and 4 license; Self-motivated with strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills; Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese, especially Mandarin.
