Responsibilities Prepare the company's cost budget to analyze and present useful approaches, and present it to the accounting director to maximize benefits according to the company's goals. Coordinate with department heads or managers of each department to prepare the company's cost budget, ensure the cost budget is used correctly according to the planned budget, and provide necessary accounting information for the management of the department. Coordinate with relevant external agencies to handle cost accounting. Take care of and control the company's cost accounting from the start of preparing the company's cost statements all the way to closing the cost accounts to align with the company's operational guidelines. Manage month/year end closing. Review and write reports analyzing product costs, such as wood, pulp, and paper, and discuss the results with each manufacturing plant. Provide advice on cost-effective and financially feasible options. Prepare management accounting financial statements to analyze and present useful approaches to the accounting director. Oversee the company's accounting system and internal controls, including reviewing expenses provided by contracted services to ensure they are complete and accurate. Coordinate and collaborate with external accounting offices and various company departments to ensure operations are successful and goals are achieved. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in accounting. 7+ years of accounting experience with supervisory experience Preferred experience in Manufacturing Business. Good communication skills on different areas such as inventory, purchasing, and logistics. Knowledgeable in computers, especially Excel. Able to use ERP, SAP, or Oracle systems. Good English skills.
