Responsibilities: Ensure production process, staffing and documentation are complied with GMP requirements Assist in planning, communicating and implementing the manufacturing strategies as well as manpower, budget and cost control of the department Work closely with internal departments including Quality Assurance, Logistics, Engineering and Quality Control to ensure business target & GMP compliance task can be achieved properly Participate in technical transfer & development of new products & processes Monitor the equipment, cleanroom and warehouse according to the approved GMP procedures Manage GMP documents e.g. batch production records, manufacturing instructions, SOPs, etc. Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned Candidate with less experience will be considered as Production Assistant Requirements: Degree in Science, Food Science, Engineering or related disciplines 3 years of experience in a production role, highly preferably in GMP biopharmaceutical, pharmaceutical manufacturing or food manufacturing field Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Interested parties please send full resume with present and expected salary to Human Resources Department by clicking "APPLY NOW".
