Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for job site personnel, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Assist in overseeing daily repair operations to ensure work is completed efficiently and on schedule. Coordinate with technician support teams to facilitate timely responses and effective service delivery. Assist in scheduling, tracking, and managing machinery repair and maintenance activities. Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as required. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships. Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail. Proven problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer applications. Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work independently as well as part of a team. Working hours This is a 5.5-day work week position. Candidates must be comfortable and committed to the following working hours: Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM Saturday: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM Sunday/Public holiday: Off
