The Role Associate/AVP/VP, Strategy and Equity Management, Strategic Planning Key Accountabilities Conduct feasibility analysis for strategic investment projects and coordinate with relevant departments for the implementation of projects; Support the coordination of cross-departmental comprehensive evaluations and periodic reviews of strategic investments. Conduct assessment on projects that fail to meet expected targets or carry significant risks, collaborate with relevant departments to facilitate the discussion of subsidiaries; Spearhead intragroup corporate restructuring projects, oversee the full lifecycle of the projects including proposal design, stakeholder approval, and implementation; Prepare equity management reports; Complete other ad-hoc tasks as assigned. Skills & Experience Bachelor's degree or above in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Law, or a related field; Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience. Candidates with experience in state-owned asset management, corporate governance, M&A, capital management are preferred; Candidates with over 2 years of full time working experience in Hong Kong or overseas is considered as an advantage; Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin is a must; Experience in writing Chinese reports is an advantage; Strong sense of responsibility, positive and proactive, capable of handling multiple tasks with tight schedule.
