What you'll do: Develop innovative solutions through research and collaboration with internal and customer teams. Gather, analyse, and manage user requirements to recommend customer solutions. Lead workshops and deliver presentations to bank clients. Create user documentation, test scripts, and training materials. Conduct functional testing to ensure systems meet requirements. Support test strategy, planning, and progress reporting. Collaborate with the team to translate requirements into applications. What is needed from you: Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. 1 - 3 years of experience in a similar business consulting or analyst role will be an advantage. Strong communication skills in English. Detail-oriented, eager to learn, and committed to self-growth. Flexible, independent, and a team player.
