Job Purpose The Sales Administration Specialist plays a key role in supporting the Sales Administration & Logistics function, overseeing dealer campaign and incentive programs, sales and inventory reporting, and order administration. This position works in close partnership with the Sales & Marketing team to ensure the accurate, timely, and compliant execution of sales operations, contributing directly to business performance and dealer satisfaction Key Responsibilities Manage the promotional database and issue quarterly Campaign Letters in line with company policy. Handle and verify dealer incentive claims through the Approval Incentive workflow. Analyze and summarize the Campaign Letter budget, and monitor spending against budget Compile and issue the weekly Retail Report to support timely sales visibility. Prepare Wholesale & Retail Report for management review. Maintain and update the Thailand Inventory & Dealer Inventory Report to support inventory planning and visibility. Maintain and update the customer database, ensuring accurate and current customer profiles. Update Thailand PO planning and create machine orders in the system, coordinating with the oversea central team to ensure accurate order entry. Prepare memos for special discounts, campaigns, and demo unit requests. Prepare supporting contractual and insurance documentation related to consignment units. Partner closely with the Sales & Marketing team to support campaign execution, incentive administration, and ongoing reporting needs. Experience Required Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and/or Marketing . Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a Sales Coordinator or Sales Support role. Prior experience in the Retail or Finance sector is an advantage. Preferred Qualifications Service-oriented mindset with good English communication skills, both written and verbal. High attention to detail, with strong documentation skills and proficiency in Excel. Excellent command of Microsoft Office applications. Dynamic, energetic, and self-motivated, with a professional and personable manner. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain positive and effective under pressure. Comfortable operating within a fast-paced, international organization.
