THE GYM We are looking for a highly skilled Sales Manager who is passionate about all things health, fitness & wellness to join a large operation of 24 hour health clubs and lead our Geraldton location. This is your chance to join an experienced team, and continue to own the further growth of this club following a million dollar refit. This is a full time permanent position with all training provided. If you have strong experience in Sales or the Fitness Industry, a passion for growing yourself, helping others, & are naturally creative and innovative with marketing and sales strategy then this is the role for you! The clubs we own are very community-oriented & we are searching for someone with the unique ability to actively engage with members, managing all day to day tasks around memberships and communication. The club offers state-of-the-art facilities, including a massive functional training area, multiple group fitness rooms and a full group fitness offering, Sauna, Personal Trainers, creche and loads more. We are the largest 24/7 Health Club in Geraldton and one of the BIGGEST Snap Fitness locations in the Global Network. This is an opportunity that doesn't come up often. ABOUT THE ROLE This is a full-time position with an immediate start available for the right person. Duties will include: Driving Sales & Membership Revenue Driving additional income lines - Group Fitness & Creche Services Innovation and strategic marketing to drive membership growth Managing Client communication and service Maintaining gym standards inline with WHS & OHS Policies Club administration including reporting Owning the social media strategy for the club Local Area Marketing & Business to Business ABOUT YOU To be considered it is essential you have the experience of managing the day-to-day operations of a busy health club or business, plus a proven track record in growing and driving sales. This role will enable you to take the step up you are looking for, practice an ownership mindset daily and be rewarded for your efforts. You will have: Health and fitness sales and marketing experience Strong leadership skills Proven sales track record Own car and open license Certificate 3 in Fitness desirable Current First Aid Certificate & CPR Tertiary qualifications in health, business or commerce are advantageous.
