KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Provide administrative and coordination support to the HR Manager, including calendar and schedule management, meeting coordination, preparation of documents, and follow-up on corporate and People & Culture matters. Support day-to-day HR administration, including maintaining accurate employee records, coordinating leave and attendance matters, and ensuring HR processes are implemented in accordance with company policies and applicable labor regulations. Prepare and communicate company-wide HR and corporate communications, including circulars, memoranda, employee announcements, office communications, event posters, and other internal communications. Support employee welfare activities and initiatives while ensuring alignment with company policies and People & Culture guidelines. Act as a point of contact for employees on day-to-day HR-related queries and requests, providing timely support and escalating matters where appropriate. Assist with employee relations matters, including coordinating and documenting employee concerns and supporting appropriate resolution in line with company policies. Assist with the administration of employee benefits, ensuring accurate and timely communication and coordination with employees and relevant service providers. Support People & Culture projects, initiatives, and events as required. Maintain confidentiality and ensure sensitive employee and company information is handled appropriately. Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned by the HR Manager. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Human Resource Development, Business Administration, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources, People & Culture, or a related administrative role. Good command of written and spoken English. Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using HR systems and digital tools. Strong planning, organizing, coordination, and time-management skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented approach. High level of attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality. Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
