We love that you will… Security Operations Support daily security operations and ensure compliance with company security policies, standards, and procedures. Monitor site security activities and recommend improvements to strengthen overall security performance. Incident Management Respond to security incidents, emergencies, and policy violations in a timely manner. Conduct investigations, document findings, and recommend corrective and preventive actions. Stakeholder Coordination Coordinate security activities with internal stakeholders, security service providers, and local authorities. Ensure effective collaboration to maintain a safe and secure workplace. Security Programs & Compliance Support security audits, inspections, and compliance assessments to ensure alignment with global security standards. Conduct security awareness training for employees, contractors, and visitors. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance security processes and practices. Performance Monitoring Monitor security KPIs, analyze trends, and prepare regular reports for management. Identify risks and recommend appropriate mitigation actions. We love that you are… Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Occupational Safety, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in physical security, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Knowledge of CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, and other security systems. Strong communication, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Able to work under pressure and respond effectively to emergency situations. Proficient in Microsoft Office with intermediate English communication skills.
