Assistant Building Surveyor

Job Duties : Assisting Team Head in all maintenance, A&A and renovation projects; Co-ordinate with various sub-consultants (E&M consultant, structural engineers, quantity surveyors, etc) to facilitate maintenance, A & A and renovation works; Carry out feasibility studies and prepare contractual documentations for maintenance, A&A and renovation projects. Requirements : Diploma or high diploma in Building Surveying /Building Studies/Civil Construction Management or equivalent; Having 1 years of working experience in related disciplines is preferred; Self-motivated, responsible and good communication skill; Attendance of meeting out of office hours may be required; Good command of spoken and written in English and Chinese; Good PC skill including MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint plus Auto CAD; Immediate available is highly preferred.
