Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for operation and maintenance services of Yonyou products (NC/BIP); respond and resolve user issues in a timely manner, and keep full tracking and records. 2. Compile, summarize and analyze customer issue records, and issue regular service reports. 3. Organize and deliver system operation training for end users. 4. Communicate effectively with key customer users, identify business requirements, and support account managers in customer relationship development. 5. Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the department. Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Accounting, Finance or related disciplines. 2. Basic understanding of finance, fund management and supply chain business logic; familiar with ERP systems and workflow. 3. Good communication skills, service awareness and professional attitude. 4. Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese; good spoken English is an advantage. 5. Strong professionalism, teamwork and interpersonal skills. 6. Familiar with MSSQL and Oracle database operations is preferred. 7. Prior experience in Yonyou products and ERP system maintenance is highly preferred.
