Position: SAP HCM Functional Configurator Company: Banking Working Location: Kuala Lumpur Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8.45am - 5.45pm) Salary: up to RM18,000 (based on work experience) Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in IT or related field • 4–6 years of SAP HCM functional experience • Hands-on experience in Payroll and PA/OM • Strong knowledge of Malaysia payroll processes and statutory compliance • Experience supporting BAU operations and issue resolution • Exposure to SAP system enhancements or projects is an advantage • Basic understanding of SAP technical concepts (ABAP/integration) is a plus Job Purpose: • Manage end-to-end payroll processing and ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across multiple countries • Support and maintain SAP HCM modules (PA, OM, Payroll) including employee data and organizational structures • Troubleshoot payroll and system issues, ensuring quick resolution within tight deadlines • Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, and vendors to support system operations and business requirements • Participate in SAP upgrades and projects, including testing, validation, and payroll reconciliation • Handle BAU activities such as incident management, change requests, and continuous process improvements
