Our client is a well-established insurance company, and they are working on several digital projects. Hence, the team is looking for 2 Business Analysts to participate in the project lifecycle for their ongoing projects. Responsibilities: Be the Business Analyst to represent the business users for requirement gathering and as the middle-man for communication Oversee the end-to-end project life cycle from collecting user requirement, liaising with vendor, participating in UAT to project roll-out and user support Maintain good relationship with both internal stakeholders and external parties Heavily participate in project activities, workflow enhancement and deliver project outcomes on project deadlines Requirements: Degree holder with 3-5 years of experience in the Life insurance industry and familiar with Life Operations, Policy Admin or AML workflows Sound knowledge in the software development life cycle that be able to communicate with IT teams Experience in AI-related project is a plus Good interpersonal skills, analytic skills and a team player with good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese Candidates with less experience will also be considered.
